1. High Interface Bonding Strength
HT CCA busbar adopts diecasting continuous rolling and direct casting technique and the interface bonding strength is more than 35 Mpa. 3. Reliable Service Life
HT CCA busbar does the experiment in the nationally recognized testing agencies (CNAS) and is issued qualified test report according to Standard for Electric Power Industry of the People's Republic of China DL/T247-2012 "Copper clad aluminium bus bars for equipments of transmission and commutation".
1000 times thermal cycling test is done according to the requirements of GB/T 9327-2008"Test Methods and Requirements of Rated voltage 35kV (Um=40. 5kV) and below Power Cables Conductor crimp and mechanical connection of connectors" and is issued qualified test report.
Above two qualified test reports are essential requirements for CCA busbar CCC product identification from China Quality Certification Center.
4. High Electrical Conductivity
Current-carrying capacity of CCA busbar reaches 86% of T2 copper busbars. We could select one standard size bigger than copper busbars when selecting cross-sections, and this does not influence the structures of electronic control equipments and power distribution equipments. We do not need to redesign and it is convenient to change.
5. Low Cost, Energy - Saving
HT CCA busbar could lower at least 40% conductor material cost. Selecting a larger cross section at low cost, the impedance will decrease, the temperature will lower, the energy consumption will be reduced and HT CCA busbar could be used safely.
